When Refunds Apply
- Duplicate payments
- Payment made but order not received due to system error
- Payment confirmed but food not prepared
When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Food already prepared or collected
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Delays caused by delivery riders
Refund Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of payment
- Provide your payment reference
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
Refund Timeframe
Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on Paystack and your bank.
