• Orders can be placed for Pickup or Delivery.
• Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified.

2. Payments

• Online payments are processed securely via Paystack.
• Payments made online cover food items only.
• Delivery fees (if applicable) are paid directly to the rider.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is handled via third-party services such as Bolt or Yango.
• Flavour Hub Shawarma is not responsible for delays caused by riders.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

4. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled after preparation has started.
• If payment was made in error, please contact us immediately.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
